2024년 11월 7일, 권대일 교수님께서 한국마이크로전자및패키징학회에서 주관하는 국제학술대회 'ISMP-IRSP 2024'에서 ‘해동젊은공학인상’을 수상하셨습니다. 해동상은 1965년 대덕전자(주)를 설립하여 60년 가까이 PCB사업에 전념하여 오신 창업주 (故)김정식 회장님께서 마이크로 전자 패키징 분야의 학문 및 기술발전을 위하여 크게 업적을 쌓은 분들의 노고를 치하하기 위해 제정한 상입니다.

권대일 교수님께서는 인공지능 고장진단 및 스마트 생산 기술을 연구하며 전자패키지를 비롯한 생산, 제조, 에너지 산업에 활발히 적용하는 젊은 공학인입니다. 주요 연구 주제로는 비파괴, 비침습 전자패키지 건전성 센싱, 인공지능을 활용한 고장 진단, 신뢰성 평가 및 예측 등이 있으며, 해당 분야에서 활발한 연구 활동과 우수한 업적을 달성하였습니다.

이와 같은 전자 패키지 산업에 대한 공로와 성과를 인정받아 ‘해동젊은공학인상’ 학술 부문을 수상하게 되었습니다.

On November 7, 2024, Professor Daeil Kwon was awarded the Haedong Young Engineer Award at the 'ISMP-IRSP 2024,' an international conference organized by the Korean Microelectronics and Packaging Society. The Haedong Award was established by the late Chairman Jung-sik Kim, who founded Daeduck Electronics Co., Ltd. in 1965 and dedicated nearly 60 years to the PCB industry. This award honors individuals with significant contributions to the advancement of microelectronics packaging academia and technology.

Professor Kwon is a young engineer who actively applies his research on AI-based fault diagnosis and smart production technologies to the fields of electronic packaging, production, manufacturing, and energy industries. His primary research topics include non-destructive, non-invasive electronic package health sensing, AI-driven fault diagnosis, reliability evaluation, and prediction. He has made significant research contributions and achieved notable accomplishments in these areas.

In recognition of his contributions and achievements in the electronic packaging industry, Professor Kwon was awarded the Haedong Young Engineer Award in the academic category.
